柑橘采前落果与果实不同部位内源激素含量关系分析

摘 要:

采前落果是影响部分柑橘品种产量的一项重要因素, 为了探讨采前落果与果实内源激素含量及激素间相对比例的关系, 选择采前落果有差异的4个柑橘品种, 在生理成熟后的3个时间点, 用HPLC法对种子、果肉、果皮、整果和果柄的内源激素含量进行测定。结果表明, 各品种不同部位内源激素含量差异较大, 果皮和果柄中所测激素含量较其他部位高; 不同品种相同部位激素含量存在较大差异, 且单一激素含量并不能准确体现与采前落果的关系。在采前落果较轻的品种中, ABA在各部位含量一般较低, 而ZT、GA3、IAA无一致表现; 均值化处理后的[(ZT+IAA+GA3)/ABA]比值在果皮和果柄中较高, 且与落果较重的品种有明显差异, 可能是反映采前落果更有效的指标。果皮和果柄可能是观测和分析采前落果更有效的部位。

Analysis on the relationship between pre-harvest fruit drops and content of endogenous hormone in different parts of fruit in citrus

Abstract:

Pre-harvest fruit drop is an important factor affecting the yield of some citrus varieties. In order to explore the relationship between pre-harvest fruit drop and the endogenous hormone content as well as their relative proportions in fruit, the endogenous hormone contents of seed, pulp, peel, whole fruit and fruit stalk were determined by HPLC at three time points after fruit physiological maturation, in 4 selected citrus varieties with different pre-harvest fruit drop characteristics. The results showed that the contents of endogenous hormones in different parts of varieties were quite different, and the contents of the tested hormones in peel and fruit stalk were higher than other parts. The endogenous hormone contents in same parts of different varieties were quite different, and single hormone content could not reflect its relationship with pre-harvest fruit drop accurately. ABA content was generally lower in all parts of the varieties with lighter pre-harvest fruit drop, while ZT, GA3 and IAA showed no consistent performance. When compared with heavier pre-harvest fruit drop varieties, the ratio of [(ZT+IAA+GA3)/ABA] after homogenization treatment in the peel and fruit stalk in lighter pre-harvest fruit drop varieties was obviously higher. The peel and fruit stalk may be more effective parts for observation and analysis of pre-harvest fruit drop.
